Penn Middle School 6th grader, Juliana Reilly, was recognized by the Westmoreland Fireman’s Association for taking second place in their annual essay contest.
The contest collected essays about fire safety and prevention from students across the county. Juliana’s entry was rewarded with a plaque, certificates, and gift cards from the Westmoreland Fireman’s Association and the Harrison City Fire Department.
