Penn Middle School Phys Ed teacher, Mrs. Yackovich loves to plan fun lessons for her 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students. Saint Patrick’s Day offered a great occasion for a “Pot O’ Gold” fitness game. The game began with teams tossing “gold” into a black pot. When successful, the team earned a color of the rainbow which listed an exercise. After completing the exercise, teams repeated the process until they earned every color and built the rainbow.
