Penn Middle iPad Pick-Up Information
Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,
Penn Middle School will be distributing an iPad to each student for educational use throughout the school year. These devices are intended for use both at school and at home.
We will begin the iPad distribution process on Tuesday, August 11. To help ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up process, all students and parents/guardians are required to review the PTSD iPad Handbook and Network Acceptable Use Agreement. Students and parents/guardians must read, understand, and electronically acknowledge these documents.
In addition, the annual technology fee of $40 will remain in place. This fee helps cover maintenance, accidental damage, and other user costs associated with providing each student with a device.
To complete the required acknowledgments and submit payment, please log in to your PowerSchool account and select the Forms icon. Students/Parents must complete all required forms and payment before receiving their iPad. Students will NOT receive an iPad if the forms and payment have not been submitted.
Students and parents/guardians may pick up iPads at Penn Middle School by entering through the Main Entrance during the following times:

9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on August 11

1:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on August 12

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on August 13
Families who are unable to attend one of the scheduled pick-up times will have an additional opportunity to pick up their iPad before Orientation/Open House on August 17 between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
