Welcome to the Penn Middle School Library and Media Center information page!

Hello. I am so excited to be your child's go to for all their library and tech needs. I am an avid reader and researcher and look forward to working with your children throughout the year.

The library at Penn Middle school serves as a multi-functional space for both students and staff.  My goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere to all.

The library aims to provide interesting, educational, and age appropriate reading materials for all of our students. I am constantly updating our selections to reflect what your children are most interested in.

Book donations are a great way to add to our collection.  Please consider donating your child's gently used books directly to the school. You can also purchase new books from our Amazon wishlist.

Tech support is provided to all students daily. Students will print and report Chromebook issues here. Charging stations are available.  Please remember that students are to bring their Chromebooks to school with them every day.  Spares will be available for students who are experiencing issues that require them to be sent for repair.

If you're child is experiencing any issues with their Chromebook or chargers, please have them bring it directly to Ms. Reott in the library. All issues should go through the library. Please do not send tech requests directly to the Tech Department at the high school.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email me.

Another function of the library is to offer support to students who may be struggling.  Students will work with Ms. Reott and Miss Harris on tracking assignments and organizational skills. If you believe your child could benefit and would like to discuss enrollment, please reach out to Mrs. Schrinel, our guidance counselor.

In the event of a FID your child will have access to a google classroom that provides support if needed.
